Thank you all so much for organising the delivery for us this evening. It's made us so happy having been looking forward to make a big difference to our new pond in the garden during the lock down of covid-19. We didn't think small customers like us would be made so welcome when we went to look for a few rocks and pebbles at your big place, which looks like for wholesale to big companies only. Full of many good quality supplies for building, gardens, features of all sorts. You were all making time for us and Mrs. Winfield (Jean) gave us a bit of the history of the family run business, which was very interesting and to see that you are all working so hard, was inspiring indeed. (Hope I would be as active as you Mrs. Winfield when I get to your age). Amazing family with such good hearts (and wonderful Tan). When the polite delivery man arrived, we found a surprise amongst our order, so thank you kindly for that. We didn't expect it at all. No doubt, we would be back again in the near future and will indeed be spreading the good words about your business that made us felt like we were visiting our long lost family and friends.

The service I received from H G Winfield was excellent, I told the lady we were only in the area briefly as we lived in Shropshire and wanted to lay our sons lawn before returning home. We ordered 53 square metres. On Monday morning she rang about 8.30am to let us know the turf was going to be loaded shortly and would be with us before 10am and it arrived just before time quoted we were very happy with the service and we managed to lay the new lawn for him. I would definitely recommend this company.
